Why do exercises?
Stretching and mobilisation can stretch, relax and give space to muscles. It can relieve pain. It enhances the effect of chiropractic treatment. Stabilising exercises and following the advised treatment plan can keep the effects on your body stable. Besides a regular check-up by the chiropractor, strengthening exercises can help prevent a relapse.
It is important to always do these exercises in consultation with your chiropractor. Never change the intensity of the exercises without consultation.
